Institutions; It provides food services for the satisfaction of its employees. It aims to increase the corporate loyalty and productivity of employees. In line with this goal;institutions,prefers to prepare and serve the food service in his own buildings or to use outsourcing. The decision of outsourcing institutions to determine which suppliers are willing to receive the service in question depends on certain criteria. In the study, the district unit of a university wants to provide catering services to institution employees and students who are studying at the institution by outsourcing. For this service, the three supplier companies specified in the district limits are required to select the most suitable supplier. In this study; it is aimed to determine the degree of preference of the suppliers according to the information obtained from the experts in the purchasing department of the relevant educational institution. Suppliers in the study; price, delivery, quality, reference and eligibility criteria. During the evaluation process; Excel application of MS Office 2016 package program and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHS) which is a multi-criteria decision making method.
