In this study, the aim was to determine the development of male basketball and football sports school students whose ages are 10-12 years old. This study research from Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Sport A.? and total of 30 athletes, including 15 basketball and 15 football sports school students attendend sports schools and obtaining permission documents them parents. ?n the found of this study average age of athletes 11,27±,135year, height of average 146,5±9,2cm, weight of average 38,9±8,9kg and body mass indeks of average 18,523±5607kg/m2. Participates were apllied to throughout eight week core training program ‘plankbasics, squat, birddog, plank one-side, leg raised, crunch, scissor’ 3 days 20 minute for a after trainning program. Flexibility, hand grip strength, standing long jump, 20-meter speed measurements were taken from the participants before and after the program. ?n the this study data analysis used the SPSS 22 packet program. Normality analysis was reached skewness value 0.119 ±, 427, kurtosis value -0.65 ± 833, the result of the normality test score is 0.1673. The used paired sample t test determine between for pre-test and post test af data. Result of this study, in the participates founded signifigant raise p<0,05 of standing long jump, flexibility and right hand grip strength.
