Concepts, along with being the general and abstract designes which are formed in human mind by the objects and thoughts, are also an important and necessary steps in explaining and puting into use the world view and the perception. Some new points in their wold of meaning can be reached over the expantions/understanding of the common points, distinctions, liknesses and diffrences between the definitions and concepts which have been internalized, owned by the desiplines. From this angle, as the usage of nostalgia in the “local” and “international/foreign” cultural circles is carefully followed, it is possible to discover distictly the family three of the concept which is shaped by the “past/left in the past /longing for the past” concept flow. The bluriness of the modern times, the gettting away from the cultural identities and the losing of the traditional safety of the time and space makes, in reality, one imaging oneself in the safe places of his past meaningful. The longing for the easiness, safety and staediness of the past, made it necessary fort he men to place himself in the promising fields of nostalgia and eutopia. The accuried losses and the lost identities in the continualy changing present moment are sought in the develling/home with the widest maning, by the use of the desing possibilities containing the futute and the past desins of nostalgia for one to find a place for oneself have been pointed out to be the only way out. In all these searches/explorations the retrospective sites as well as the prospectve dementions of nostalgia getting nurtared by the timelessnes of eutopia, necessitates the rebuilding/reconstracting the past for the desing of the present and the future.
