Historical variability reflects the general population ideologies in the minds of certain groups. When spread to all who reflected; organized the society convert some of the subjects and concepts are more pronounced. In this regard, the elites are very concevient for the transformation of society.

Hegemonic position of the elites, as indispensable for the transformation of the Republic of Turkey, should be considered together with the community. In this study, "The Elites in Turkey" will be discussed left a profound impact many incidents such as settlement of democracy the culture, modernization efforts on society.
