Ali Ufkî, a Polish neighborhood, spent a significant part of his life in Istanbul and served important to the Ottoman music throughout Enderun's life. However, in an environment where developments outside the initiative did not take his personal desires and dreams seriously, there were moments when he was unable to save himself from being an accepting subject, not a decisive subject with his captive identity. He expressed his knowledge and humanitarian feelings through art, and transformed his feelings and thoughts from his subconscious depths into important and permanent works. In this article, it is aimed to indicate the fluctuations created by the conditions that created the socio-cultural environment in which Ali Ufkî interacts with this study on several lyrics and compositions, and the effect of this on his works
