SALAH AD-DEEN AL-AYYUBI'S LOVE OF SCIENCE

Sultan Salah ad-Deen who has gained dominance in Egypt, with Nur ad-Deen Zangi death has dominated Syria as well as Egypt. When Sultan Salah ad-Deen's dominance in these regions is gained recognition by Abbasid khalif, he declared its independence by making read sermon on his own behalf. To progress in all areas of the state that was established by the Sultan, he has taken an active role in both architectural, economic, social and in scientific fields by almost declaring a mobilization. By employing scholars who have executed scientific activities in various Islamic regions in both Egypt and Damascus, and Jerusalem he has paved the way for scientific activities. He has revealed that how much the importance of this issue by attending himself to performed scientific activities and meetings. In this article will focus on the importance of science which given to Salah ad-Deen al-Ayyub and the scientific meetings he participated in these regions and his impact on these meetings.
