RESEARCH ON THE KNOWLEDGE LEVELS OF TEACHERS ABOUT LEARNING DIFFICULTIES

The aim of the study is to review the researches conducted on teachers' knowledge level about learning disabilities from various aspects. In accordance with the identified keywords, Anadolu University Library Electronic Database, YÖKS?S National Thesis Center, ProQuest and ERIC databases were searched. The researches were reviewed by considering the inclusion and exclusion criteria and it was decided to include 29 researches in the study. The studies included in the study were tabulated under various headings and analyzed and interpreted with content analysis method. In the study, it was frequently concluded that the level of knowledge of teachers about learning disabilities was inadequate (f = 16). However, the lack of a standard in the measurement instruments used in the researches and limited information about their contents limit the parallels of the results obtained.
