The innovation and reinnovation is observed as the most important element of global competition. In this sense, the industrial countries are now described as the industrial society and today this country information society are also called, became the head of the country drew significant technological progress. Developing countries are increasing the investment R&D in innovative may be in the name in order to get more competitive in the global market are trying to capturing a new vision of competition. ?n this context, companies are the most important players in the national innovation purpose.
