RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN JOB CRAFTING AND OF JOB SATISFACTION

Job satisfaction is one of the researched attitudes in the field of organizational behavior, It is an important result to try to accomplish in any organization including public-private, production, service, education and industry sector. One of the most important factors of business success is job satisfaction, which is expressed as an emotional response arising from the comparison of the expectations of the individual in the workplace and the results in the real environment. Satisfaction formation, higher quality and more production, which strengthens employees' physical and mental health and life satisfaction and offers more learning opportunities, results in increased organizational productivity. Therefore, it is important to identify the variables that determine job satisfaction. When studies related to the concept are examined in the literature, it is seen that job satisfaction is determined by factors such as leadership style, organizational support perception and executive support, organizational justice, professional stress and job insecurity. In this study, the question of business skill will be an important determinant of job satisfaction and the question mid Is job skill behavior the determinant of job satisfaction?
