Turkey, a country of pennissula, situated in the geometric center of the oldland is the focus of the oldest civilization areas. Related toits special situation and mathematics, Turkey has the riches tareasuch as naturaland human beingelements. Climate is undoubtly is the most important element of natura lvalue of Turkey. Turkey has many microclimatefeatures related toits locationbesidesitsma croclimate. Macro The changesseen in the climatecauses the diversity of climatic soilandth types of the natural plantv egetation. The changesseen in the natural climateconditionsbecomes a good indicator in the diversity of the flora and it is a reality that it brings a great advantageto a country related to the florastic features. The geography of Anatolia has morethan 12.000 types of plantsand the seplants ha ve chance to survive on thisland .This reality was proved by many studies carried on. So, Turkey has a rich flora related to the herbaceous and woody planttypes. Turkey located on the transitionzone of Mediterrenian, Europa-Siberianand Iran- Turanianregions has many tree type sincluding thetypes of oaktree (Quercus). Most types of the oaktree are endemic but the hairyo aktree still has survived naturally in the hot season when there is very littlerain. The studies carried on uptonow depicte d that oaktreesare distributed naturally on the Erciyes, Ali and the Elma mountains of Kayseri. However, noliterature was menioned about the distribution of oaktree in the are as where wecarried out our study. In the summer of 2017, the study was startedabout the distribution of hair yoaktree in the are as of Safrantihill – Lalelik hill – Hamza sultan hilll ocated in the north of Great Toraman district of Felahiye town of Kayseri.
