The first objective of this research is to examine the relationship between violations of psychological contracts and organizational cynicism. The second objective of the research is to investigate whether the concepts of psychological contract violation and organizational cynicism differ on the basis of demographic variables Psychological contract violation and cynicism concepts have been emphasized first in the research.Then, in the method part, the findings of the research and statistics are included. In the study, a questionnaire was applied to the 117 classroom teachers in Corum province. The collected data were subjected to necessary analyzes and the results were obtained As a result of analyzes, it was found that there is a positive and positive relationship between violation of psychological contract and organizational cynicism. The results of the teachers' perceptions of violations of psychological contracts affect the levels of organizational cynicism. Analysis of demographic variables revealed that teachers marital status differentiated the level of psychological contract violation perception and organizational cynicism. Particular attention is paid to attract attention to the violation of psychological contracts in private institutions.
