Prospective Teachers' Career Expectations Scale is rated on a five point Likert-type. Structural validity of the scale was examined by exploratory factor analysis. Reliability of the scale was examined by Cronbach alpha internal consistency reliability coefficient. Validity and reliability analyzes of the scale were performed with SPSS 25 package programs. The EFA demonstrated that the 15 items loaded on one factor and the amount of total variance explained by one factor was 41,35%. Factor loadings ranged from .44 to .78. The results of the confirmatory factor analysis showed that the goodness of fit indices of the model were acceptable. Cronbach Alpha internal consistency coefficient was .85. These findings demonstrated that this scale may be used as a valid and reliable instrumen
