PROFESSION SATISFACTION OF PRE-SCHOOL TEACHERS AT PRIVATE SCHOOLS

There are several factors for teachers holding a strategic position in pre-schools, which is perceived as the first step to children’s education to perform at an expected level. One of these factors is the saticfaction they get form their job. In this direction, it is targeted to inspect the saticfaction of pre -school teachers who work in private schools in Ankara. 260 teachers in private sector have formed a general inspection model based on the grounded inspection model. In the research, the job satisfaction matter, prepared by Kuzgun, Sevim and Hamamc? (1997) on the personal information form, prepared by the researchers, have been used. In the research, one way variance analysis test, realized by working through collected data has been used. The teacher who participated in the test show no meaningful change in job saticfaction in accordance with their state of education, age, experience in teaching, relations with other personnel and responsible guardians of the kid. In fact it appears that it is in low percentages with that it has been observed when the job satisfaction in accordance with the amount of children, the teacher works show higher performance, chances to improve and job relief compared to other teachers.
