The migration of our Turkish citizens to Germany, which started only with the aim of overcoming financial difficulties, improving the standards of life, and with a great dream and desire, led to many social problems. The low level of education of our citizens migrating to Germany has created a major obstacle for them to spend a prosperous life and prepare a social and cultural environment for the next generation. Moreover, the fact that both states, i.e. emigration and immigration countries cannot fully carry out their responsibilities for the integration has led the problem to more unresolved future. It is the time to approach the solution of these problems from a different but positive and constructive aspect in these days when our relations with Germany for 250 years perhaps experience the most difficult days. The case question is three million people living in Germany and the young generation live there as well. It should be the interest of both communities that these people overcome their social and cultural problems. In this study, a review and investigation has been done to solve these problems.
