PRE-SCHOOL TEACHERS’ VIEWS ON PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATION

The general aim of the research is to determine the problems experienced in pre-school education. Teachers' opinions were included in the research. 20 preschool teachers working in schools in central districts of Adana and selected by simple random sampling are in this research. Qualitative research method is used in the research. Semi-structured interview form was used as data collection method. A total of 12 questions were asked to the teachers who participated in the study. The average interview time was 25-35 minutes. In the research, “content analysis” was performed. The research findings show that teachers have some problems with physical conditions of the class, families of children, the approach of the school administration to pre-school education, the functioning of the supervision, inclusion student. When the results of the study were examined in general, their views were varied. Suggestions are presented in accordance with the findings of the research
