This study analyzes whether the well-being of psychological counselors and teachers is significantly predicted by businessfamily-life balance, colleagueship, mobbing at work, being a psychological counselor or a teacher and gender. The study group consists of a total of 500 individuals, of whom 357 are female and 143 male; and 151 psychological counselors and 349 teachers. “Psychological Well-Being Scale”, “Work-Life-Family Scale”, “Colleagueship Scale”, “Workplace Mobbing Scale” and a "Personal Information Form" were employed to obtain the required study data. The collected data were analyzed by Linear Regression analysis. The result of the study revealed that as parts of work-family-life balance, the negative effect of work on family and family on work and family-life harmony, colleagueship, mobbing at work and gender are significant predictors of the psychological well-being of psychological counselors and teachers. On the other hand, the result of the study revealed that being a psychological counselor or a teacher is not a significant predictor of the psychological well-being levels of psychological counselors and teachers. The study results are discussed in the light of the literature and certain suggestions are made
