POP ART AND PAINTING IN TURKEY

Pop Art covers the entire field of contemporary realism, which has emerged with the discovery of a new, specific nature of nature, which has modern, industrial and social science features and urban qualities. It is seen that in the development that has taken place in cultural and social structures, and in the globalized world, societies changed their perceptions of art and serve art.Pop Art, Pop Art, a trend that reveals that art can be perceived in many other dimensions, a way that is easier to understand, and that can affect society more quickly, in terms of the emergence story and the way it looks. The purpose of this study is to reveal the emergence, development and present situation of Pop Art in Turkey and to make the existing works as a whole.In this context, the artists who gave the work in this area were examined and a literature study about the subject was made and the topic was discussed with the method of induction.
