At firit it was a defination and ashort development of exile, after that the used names given in Otoman Empire time and than kind of exiles, the reoson of cending to exile and the ways of escoping from exiles were explanet. ?t is given some knowledge about Otoman Empire’s made exile in three continenets during the 600 years time when Otoman Empire makes these exiles, whot Otoman tahes core, what it berefits from, and whot aim to make individual and cillective exiles, and general content of exile was exploired. Fortermore while Otoman Empire fallows politics of exile used places of exile and it was olso given knowledge of exile and when Sultan of Otoman Empire made exile the most. The example of sending to exile, ostly the men of letter were selected. Not only these man of letters life but olso three written Works during the Otoman Empire were takn handle about exile subjects.Together Committee of Union and from Liberty and comflict party and their politics were mentioned and profited from some yearsbook and registers. It was given some knowledge about Fizan which was the worst place of exile and used as exile place countries and places were started.
