Abstract

Author(s): Mehmet GEDÄ°K

“Universal Basic Human Rights” constitute the core values of social institutions. In the relations of social work discipline with all other disciplines, they are accepted mainly on moral / ethical values regarding human rights. In the context of the ecological / ecosystem, the concept of “Human Rights” in theory and conceptual terms is addressed in the integrity of micro / individual, mezzo / family and macro / social level “Exo-Dynamic” holistic relations, in terms of protecting human dignity and enabling a sustainable life, is important. In the article, the aim is to present a new social service approach through instant and temporal developments / changes related to “Human Rights and Social Work”, which constitute the main theme of the research, via single screening methods. The aim of our research is that “4. Industrial revolution (Industry 4.0)” draws attention to the position of social services in the period of “5G Technology Artificial Intelligence Revolution (New Generation Digital technology)” that humanity will face after technology, economical change and digitalization. It presents a road map for the measures to be taken by drawing attention to the fact that “Rights Based” approaches to people and societies have become more problematic than they are today and evolved into “Grace Based” approaches. Based on the available data, the emphasis is placed on the necessity of a “Vecibe / Rights Based” social work approach beyond the “right” concept regarding today's human rights. Attention has been drawn to the necessity of moving to social services urgently in the “good / beneficial / beneficial works (righteous deeds)” approach under the responsibility of all humanity living in the context of ecology / eco-system.
