ORGANIZATIONAL MYOPISM AND ASSESSMENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL CONFLICT IN TERMS OF DEMOGRAPHIC VARIABLES: A RESEARCH IN KARAMAN OSB

Organizations are constantly in an effort to renew, change, be different and seize opportunities while creating their growth strategies. Myopia is a concept that should be recognized immediately for organizations. In this respect, myopia is extremely important for orgazations. conflict is one of the concepts inevitably seen in organizations. The way a conflict is managed within the organization directly affect its outcome. In the reserch, a web-based survey method was applied to 73 employees from 136 companies in the Karaman organized ?ndustrial zone, who worked in 10 companies with a minimum capital of 50 milion tl and were determined by simple random sampling method. the data obtained were evaluated by statistical analysis method with spss 25 package program. In the light of the findings, it is noteworthy that in terms of myopia, the perceptions of the employees of the organizations differ according to their age, education level, total and duration of experience in the company. organizational conflict perceptions differ significantly according to education and last workplace.
