ORGANIZATIONAL LOYALTY LEVELS AND DETECTION OF LOYALTY LEVEL ON TUNCELİ CITY PUBLIC INSTITUTION WORKERS

It is important how the individuals are attached to their organizations in their working life. The aim of this research is to search the loyalty level of people in public sector. Organization culture item is used to connect the workers together and direct to the same aim. While it is seen high performance and loyalty on the individuals who are depended on organization it seen that they are happy. On the other hand, it is observed unwilling behaviors and attitudes on individuals who have low organizational loyalty level and it is observed that they are unhappy. That is why some workers in a public institution were chosen to measure the organizational loyalty level and they were applied some questionnaires. This study is done on a public institution in Tunceli city. The loyalty levels of workers in this institution are identified. Questionnaire method is used in the study.
