ORGANIZATIONAL CYNICISMIN ORGANIZATIONS: A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS

Based on the output obtained as a result of the research in this study, organizational cynicism has been tried to be clear that is the extent of existing organizations. Employees in organizations at different levels of organizational cynicism, it was observed that the trend of were in. Organizational cynicism levels of the teachers and health workers of middle and low level, at the intermediate level in academics, are evaluated in experiencing the perception of organizational cynicism in the police. The environment where they are the employees of this difference, the status of the branches within the profession and is considered to be caused by having even different. For cynicism to the extent that the perception of differ. The variability of the results has structures and institutions to come forward because environments are considered different from each other.
