In this article, formerly the theories put forward in English, Czech, Arabic and Turkish literatures in the field known as rhetoric and balaga (eloquence) but later accepted as style and stylistics in both Western literatures and Eastern literatures have been dealt with. It needs to thinking with the transition from the theory of belaga to the theories of style and/or stylistics as paralel to transition from balaga to style from methodology. In this case, it requires to be thought and be dwelt with as elements that completed the each others of the the theory and/or theories of balaa and the theory and/or theories of style and stylistics. It has been seen that the theory of balaga and theory and style and stylistics is formed, their terminologies are made, their applications is practiced, and their studies is dwelt is written. It has been understod that the classical Arabic balaa has a theory of style which also effected the Persian and Turkish literatures, in the comprehension of the Islamic literature of Eastern literature. In modern times it is taken attention that although the studies on style and stylistics with the Western influence is made, and the important works is gained into the world literature, though it has a positive stirrings in academic circles in the modern meaning in the Turkish literature, it has attracted attention that a theory of style and stylistics hasn’t entered into the world literature as in literary theory as yet.
