MIGRANTION OF CIVILIZATIONS

In this study, the elements of the permanent civilizations and the reasons of the nomadicization of the civilizations (changing geography of science and technology) were questioned. For this reason, the formation elements of the permanent civilization and the reasons and conditions of migration of the civilization have been investigated. As a result of this research, both cases were analyzed. These are determined as;

Basic elements of permanent civilization; 1. To be fair / just and fair legal system, 2. Freedoms: a. Freedom of the entrepreneur, b. Freedom of religion, belief and morality, c. Freedom of conscience, d. Individual rights and freedoms. 3. Science support, respect for scientists and financial support, 4. A national bourgeois class, 5. Production costs, 6. Freedom of media and broadcasting, 7. Access and management of finance, 8.Contemporary economic management. In addition, the concept of compassion has been determined for society and other living things. The reasons of migration of civilization are; 1. Exemption from all taxes, 2. Easy access to finance, not asking where the money comes from and its source, 3. Easy access to the skilled labor force, 4. Access to the market, 5. Easy access to sub-industry and products, 6. Easy access to high technology in the field and according to need, 7. Stable and reassuring stable governments and state order. Developing democracy for production is generally not preferred. They like more repressive regimes, 8. Lack of bureaucracy barriers or easy overcoming of legislation in investments, 9. All kinds of arrangements made by states in favor of large capital, 10. To think that large capital in developed countries receives adequate incentives. Search for new geographies to make more profit, 11. Hazardous environmental pollution in some sectors, 12. In the chemical industry, in particular, the exclusion of sectors that produce toxic and hazardous substances, and choose nondemocratic and undeveloped countries to avoid paying them because they know that they will pay huge damages in an accident, 13. Employees in particular choose jobs. Refusal to work in some business lines, 14. Partially high wages of workers, 15. Use of flexible labor force. Here, in places where there is no problem with hiring or dismissal with unlawful practices rather than legal regulations. 16. Lack of advanced labor rights or lack of employee rights at all. 17. Restrictions of labor and labor law in favor of sufficient employees, 18. Transfer of earned money easily to other places, 19. High bank debts of individuals per capita, 20. Population growth does not meet the labor market, 21. Creation of cartel by companies, 22. Institutionalization of bribery and corruption in the country. 23. Increased nationality and awareness of oppression of nations. For the formation and rise of new civilizations, it is necessary for the oppressed nations to work more and to become aware of being a nation. Thus, a spark and a reason are sufficient to start ascending.
