LOCAL RESİDENT’S MUNICIPALITY PERCEPTION AT A LEVEL OF THE COUNTRY: THE CASE OF ALANYA MUNICIPALITY

The municipality is the most affective institution for providing the needs and expectations of the local people. Measuring the happiness for providing needs and expectations has a great importance - 683 -ort he future plans. To determine the happiness of local people - 683 -ort he taken services firstly their needs and expectations which means their perception of the municipality should be determined. In this frame local people’s perception of the muncipality forms the main research question. This research was made to determine the perception of Alanya Municipality. In the research scope qualitive method was used to determine the local people’s municpality perception. According to the findings of the research the local people’s perception of municipality was detected to form of “phisical expectation”, “social expectation”, “communication”and “ fast and affective service”.
