LOCAL CUISINE IN KİLİS MANIS (QUATRAINS)

Folk literature products are works that mirror the societies in which they were formed. We can see the spolia codes lived in the past from the past to the present. One of these products is the manners in which he expresses his thoughts and feelings in action, his attitude and behavior towards events in short quatrains by adhering to certain rules. There is an intense narration in the chapters where the line and the main subject are covered. In the meanings that emerge as a product of a social need, various issues related to their cultural and cultural values also draw attention. One of these subjects is folk cuisine. Since the ingenuity is at the top of its genre, the elements related to the cuisine (eating and drinking) tradition have taken the place that the spirituals are the main subject. In this market, it is aimed to determine the local cuisine items that have a place in Kilis. When we refer to the deep analysis of the qualitative research method.
