The concept of globalization appeared in the 80s was brought with him the concept of "global companies" in time. These companies, by going to the countries where the labor and the resources are less expensive, strengthened their position through the international competition with products cheaper and better qualities. With his geographical location, population and market demand, Turkey also became the center of interest of these "global companies". Next to the preference to make business in Turkey, the position of the "global companies" avoiding making investment in this country, because of political and economic risks, low profile of the manager, etc., was handled from two different angles (wider market, raw material resources, cheap labor, etc.). Making reference to the place and to the importance for a country’s development of the "Global investment” coming together "Global companies", we studied with an analytical viewpoint what must be made in “global world”.
