The aim of this study is to investigate, perception levels of pre-service teachers’ regarding to their Web Pedagogical Content Knowledge in terms of different variables. Research data gathered from 730 students enrolled U?ak University Faculty of Education in the academic year 2014-2015. Data collection tool was Web Pedagogical Content Knowledge Scale which developed by Lee, Tsai & Chang (2008) and adapted to Turkish by Horzum (2011). The scale consists five factors, including General web, Communicative web, Pedagogical web , Web pedagogical content knowledge and Attitude towards web-based instruction. Analysis of the data showed that perceptions of pre-service teachers web pedagogical content knowledge are at an intermediate level (= 73,39). Sub scale scores of general web, attitude towards web based instruction, pedagogical web and pedagogical content knowledge and overall scores differs statistically significant in favor of men but there is no statistically significant difference between men and women in terms of communicative web scores. Similarly, it is determined that overall and sub scale scores differs significantly according to department and grade variables. Also research data showed that having a personal computer variable has no statistically significant effect on overall scores and sub scale scores except attitude towards web-based instruction. Personal computer ownership affects self-confidence related to use of web for interaction and communication positively.
