This research has been done in order to determine the mental tougness levels of the teachers who work in Karaman province and participated in the tournament in futsal and volleyball branches and to determine whether the mental tougness levels differ according to demographic characteristics. In the study, in 2019-2020 academic year, “The Mental Tougness Scale” which was developed by Sheardand and others (2009 )and was translated to Turkish by Alt?nta? and Koruç (2016), has been applied to the 92 of the teachers who participated in Futsal and Volleyball Tournaments Among the Teachers which was organised by Karaman Provincial Directorate of National Education. Due to parametric distributionin statistical evaluation of the obtained data, T and One Way Anova tests were applied. As a result of the research, it was found in the mental tougness sub-dimensions of the teachers who participated in the research that they had above average confidence, average Control and continuity and above average total mental tougness.
