It has been found that classroom teachers are to use respectively mostly legislative thinking style, hierarchic thinking style, and executive thinking style; but at least anarchic thinking style, conservative thinking style, and internal thinking style. In addition, significant differences were not found between the teahers’ thinking styles in terms of their ages and genders. According to the marital status variable, married teachers are to use conservative thinking style. According to the seniority variable, the teachers who have worked for 6-15 years use conservative thinking style more than the teachers who have worked for 1-5 years.
