The main purpose of this study is emotional intelligence with the ability to determine the relationship between innovation management and performance. For this purpose, the Ankara Chamber of Commerce attached to furniture companies which produce managers made a research on it. The questionnaire method was used in survey. The results which obtained with the rise to emotional intelligence has shown that an increase in innovation management performance. The findings from this research, innovation management, administrators need of emotional intelligence and played an important role in the existence of the organization emphasized, as well as emotional intelligence and innovation from a different perspective it is hoped that it would be beneficial to bringing management literature.
