Turkey, Anatolia from Central Asia with history in transition from an era long history has established ties with many cultures and civilizations. Its geographical position has served as a bridge connecting Asia to Europe. As a result of two world wars in the past, various political and economic communities and organizations have emerged. It continues to develop its social, cultural, political and economic ties with the European Union, which is one of the influential organizations of today. This study examines the stages of establishment and development of relations with Turkey's European Union membership process contributed to Turkey were discussed. Turkey's bilateral relations with the European Union were compared in a quantitative sense in tourism perspective and numerical gain interest from analyzing been made an assessment for the development of actual tourism events in the European Union with both national as well as unity on the basis of Turkey. Turkey has tried to adapt to the program that created the European Union and is seen as largely adapted. He has participated in many projects and meetings of the European Union and made successful initiatives. The European Union wants to develop projects and strategies on tourism, Blue Flag Project, Erasmus, Turkey has participated in programs such as hospitality and thus has helped the development of tourism at national and international level
