Leadership styles in this study; autocratic leadership, democratic leadership and liberal leadership. Entrepreneurial features are examined in terms of control focus, achievement requirement, tendency to take reasonable risk, tolerance to uncertainty, selfconfidence and the ability to innovate. This study has been done to the managers of the companies operating in various sectors in the Konya and Karaman regions. The sample consists of 82 persons in the province of Konya and 115 persons in 33 executive positions in the province of Karaman. The purpose of the work is to identify the types of leadership and to reveal the characteristics of entrepreneurship. The result is the first liberal leadership style. This may be due to the fact that the survey is applied to small businesses. The need for success is also the first the sub-dimension of entrepreneurial characteristics.
