The purpose of this study, together with migration in cities organized local associations and public relations practices contribute to local cultural practices are examined. In this study, the secondary data of Balikesir Association of views constitutes the main material. Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Balikesir in cities like doing business Bal?kesir Union Association on the one hand that living in cities periodically together while collecting the other hand, its area of culture, in metropolitan environment maintains. To organize various activities with the participation of the members, find solutions to urban problems and contributes to the history and culture of Balikesir.
