Recent year, in many historical structures, there will be transformations and changes in the historical circles that are under pressure, compacted and singularized as a result of intense and rapid urbanization. In the meantime, cities that adversely affect historical identity and whose technological continuity are assigned to the background are adversely affected. The city of Tokat, Tashan and its environs, has lost its historical identity as a result of wrong planning, and the potential of the history, which is the old city center and the buildings to be built due to today's economic concerns, was prevented. He is urbanizing one of those who has been kept away from the function and orientation he has acquired in historical memory. Article preparation the aim of this study is to evaluate the design parameters in the historical environment center of all new buildings in our system in the old city center of Tokat.
