EUROPE AND TURKEY AFTER THE EUROPEAN DEBT CRISIS

In this paper, the structure of crises experienced in our country will be analyzed by taking into account the effects to the Turkey and the effects of European Debt Crisis to our country will be handled by taking into account the other crisis experienced in Europe. The econometric analysis will be carried out within the framework of structural breaks in the series. The aim of this study is to show how the crisis (especially Global Financial Crisis and European Debt Crisis) affects the economic indicators in the Euro Zone and to examine the changes in our country’s indicators. After the prediction of the models suitable for interpretation of the crisis, econometric and statistical accuracy tests will be handled. What is important here is that, whether there is structural changes in economy and whether it suites with crisis estimates.
