Hedonicpricing model is a model thatworksto put forwardwhichqualitativefactorscausechanges on theprice of nonhomogeneousproductssuch as housing, mobile phone, automobile, computeretc. Accordingtothe model fromthepoint of housingit’sbeencalculatedrespectivelytheeffect of allthevariablestothepricesuch as theage of house, squaremeter, heatingsystem, number of roomandbathroom, whether it has parkingareaor not, distancetothepublic transport vehiclesandeducationalandhealthcareorganizationsetc. 102 householdsurveyshavebeendone as randomsample in thecitycenter of Denizli. Theeffectstohousingprice has beenanalyzedbyusinglogarithmicregressionwithdatasthat has beenacquiredfromthesurveys. Accordingtotheseanalysis, whileit’sbeenfound a significiantrelationbetweentheprice of houseandthefloor of house, elevator, number of roomandbathroom, heatingsystemwithradiator, distancetotheeducationalandhealthcareorganizationsandcitycentre; on theotherhand a relation has not beendeterminedbetweentheage of house, location of thehouse (avenueandstreet) anddistancetothepublic transport vehicles.
