This study reviews the critical essays and dissertations which have been written from an artistic point of view by the modern Turkish author Erendiz Atasü. Atasü’s critical attitude have been introduced at the beginning of this text based analysis study. Atasü shows how artists can contribute to literature by writing critical essays through real examples. She proves in a way that critical analysis which is an act of versatile thinking reveals the abundance of a literary work. She shows artists and critics that criticism should not only be considered as negative but also positive.
