The economic and social effects of occupational accidents and occupational diseases is an employee's work, the state and especially directly affecting itself. Numerous studies are being conducted and legal measures are taken in order to prevent occupational accidents and occupational diseases increasing every year in our country. Ergonomic factors from occupational accidents and occupational disease prevention factors affect the worker physically and psychologically. In this study, it was aimed to draw attention to the fact that ergonomic factors are arranged according to the employees and that occupational accidents and occupational diseases will decrease considerably.
