EFFECTS OF COMPLEMENTARY AND INTEGRATED METHODS IN PATIENTS WITH MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS IN PATIENTS SATISFACTION

This study was conducted to determine the effect of complementary and integrated method (TBY) on patient satisfaction in Multiple Sclerosis patients. The study was performed with MS patients who were treated at the Neurology Polyclinic of Ondokuz May?s University Medical Faculty Hospital. There are 1,500 MS patients registered. No selection was made for the sampling. Referred to the neurology outpatient clinic for distance treatment, who are able to understand and co-operate with the questions in the survey, Between the ages of 20-80, having used the TBY method at least once, who are willing to take part in working with their own. The study with 225 MS patients was completed. In the collection of the data, a questionnaire and a checklist for TBY applications were given. As a result; There was a significant relationship between TBY use and satisfaction. Satisfaction is increasing as the use of TBY increases.
