Struggle between corporations is an ever going-on issue. For the sake of winning this struggle, it is imperative to produce high quality products with lower cost. In order to maintain quality maximization along with cost minimization, an effective supply chain policy have to be implemented. This effectiveness can only be realized via innovation. An innovative supply chain also improve corporation performance. Scope of this work is to investigate effects of innovative supply chain on corporation performance of SME’s in Erzurum Organized Industrial Zone. Required data is obtained via surveys and analyzed thoroughly. As a result of analysis, improvement on corporation performance of SME’s in Erzurum, innovation of supply chain improves significantly.
