The civil war that took place in Syria affected the countries of the region, especially Turkey, which have borders with Syria. In this process, Turkey carried out various military operations in order to ensure its national security. After the events started with the Syrian civil war, many terrorist organizations emerged in the region. One of the military operations carried out by Turkey because of terrorist activities in the region is Operation Euphrates Shield. In this study, the title of education during the restructuring process in the region which was cleared from terrorism as a result of Operation Euphrates Shield was evaluated. During the civil war, the changes and transformations in the access to education opportunities, which is a basic public service, of the local public who were subjected to forced migration and faced various problems in the Euphrates Shield region after the operation were considered. Within the scope of the study, determination of the current situation immediately after the operation and the subsequent repair works and the current situation were discussed. In addition to primary, secondary and high school education, other studies carried out in the field of education, as well as those carried out at the higher education point, were evaluated with figures. This study includes both face-to-face interviews with policy makers and project managers, as well as interviews after the visits to the site (Euphrates Shield Region) and cathegoric examination of the findings obtained from the interviews with the people of the region from an academic perspective
