In this study the opinions of managers of the hotel enterprises that is operating in provinces in Western Black Sea Department in Black Sea Region. In order to determine these views, managers were asked 13 types of crises encountered and also 18 statements related to crisis period applications were included. With the factor analysis, 18 statements regarding crisis period applications were collected under five sub-dimensions. ndependent samples t test (one-way ANOVA) and independent samples t-test (one-way ANOVA) were used to compare participants' views according to individual characteristics (for two groups). Tukey test was used. As a result of the study, significant differences were found in the sub-dimension of competition strategy according to places of operation, balance and step reduction strategy and downsizing strategy sub-dimension according to education levels of managers and balance and step reduction strategy sub-dimension according to gender. In addition, meaningful relations between the competition strategy and the strategy of strengthening the capital structure and saving, between the strategy of strengthening the capital structure and saving and the strategy balancing and stratification, and also between the balance and step reduction strategy and the downsizing strategy were determined and suggestions are tried to be presented to the related business managers.
