CRIME AND PUNISHMENT IN ISLAMIC LAW

Crime,which is basically defined as the acts that are punished by the law,has three elements as legality, material element and moral element.They have been obeyed since the beginning of slam.In the slamic law,crimes are put into three categories.These are the crimes of hadd,the crimes of k?sas-diyet and the crimes of ta’zir.The punishment,the aim of wich is to make criminal have good behaviour,to make the criminal give up his/her intention of committing acrime and to make the victim satisfied, has also three main principles,obeyed since the f?rst day of slam,as legality (being legal),civil status,generality(being general).The punishment is also classified under three headings in paralel with the crime.
