In this study, the the words “çoban” borrowed from Persian to Turkish is discussed.Language Contact is an extremely important concept that description of the linguistic situation in the direction of Linguistics.Although there are meaning of original words “çoban” , taken from Persian word “çoban”. The present article documents the early history of the relations between the Turks and the Persians indicates that extends the period of Old Turkish.
