The main purpose of this study is proving if there is any significant difference between continuing Pedagogical Formation Certificate Program teacher's candidates cognitive flexibility level and their self-efficacy by considering opinions of 699 male and female student continuing Abant ?zzet Baysal University Pedagogical Formation Certificate Program in 2015-2016 academic year. Cognitive Flexibility Scale method which was developed by Bilgin (2009) and developed by Tschannen-Moran and Hoy (2001) Teacher Self-Efficacy Scale being adapted to Turkish by Çapa, Çak?ro?lu and Sar?kaya (2005) to evaluate their self-efficacy scale are used in this study. As a result of research it’s obviously seen that teacher’s candidates cognitive flexibility and their Self-Efficacy are in high level along with total score and it’s found that there is a statistical intermediate connection in a positive way between their opinions about cognitive flexibility and self-efficacy.
