The main movement point of this movement is not the mass communication media at the source but the target group which is reader audience and audience. Citizen journalism aimed to involve citizens more in the news production process and public and citizen-oriented journalism. This type of journalism is a practice in which the citizen is involved in the making and writing stages of the news and continues to be broadcast until the event that is the subject of the matter or until the conclusion of the matter for the citizen ends.
