The civil service examination has been conducted for more than a thousand years in China, whose cultural, literary, artistic and political structure has had a great influence on history. This system not only played a major role in the Chinese management system, but also formed the basis of education that shaped community structure. It is possible to understand Chinese history, community life and education system by examining the civil service examination system. Today, in many societies, it is important to choose people to take part in state administration, while public servitude is a respectable profession as well. China has attached importance to the civil service system since the early dynasties, and the establishment of the public personnel system has continued as a state tradition. The public personnel system has been established within the framework of certain principles and principles and grounds under the two basic categories of administrative and military exams, having its roots in the classical cvil service examination. The Manchu Period (1636-1912) was a complex period in which the classical civil examination system was collapsed. In our work, civil service examination system will be examined in terms of its content, application steps, changes over the years and reasons for its removal in the Manchu Period; as well as its place in education, culture and government administration.
