Cases in Yellow Uyghurs which are one of the Turkic languages spoken in the People’s Republic of China were divided into six or seven categories in previous studies. In this paper cases in Yellow Uyghur arecomeupintoeightcategories asnominative, genitive, accusative, dative, locative, ablative, instrumental, equative and simulative. The functions of these cases were focus on, accompanied by texts and these cases were compared with Siberian Turkic languages. Intheconclusionpart, commoncaseswhichare in YellowUyghurandSiberianTurkiclanguagesarepresented.Common cases which are seen South Siberian Turkic languages including Yellow Uyghur are nominative, genetive case –N??, dative -GA, accusative–nI, locative -DA, ablative –Dan. Common cases of Yellow Uygur andYakut are nominative, dative -GA, accusative–nI, ablative-DAn, equative –çA.
