There are varieties of obstacles for being a woman in the community. Being disabled woman is creating more complications in this social structure. There a several social community roles expected from disabled women such as getting education, getting married, having children and taking care of her children, as well as being a wife and even contribute to the family life by taking a job outside her house. Within the process of performing all these community roles, the handicapped woman is getting weaker and encountering many negative attitudes from her environment. Handicapped woman has got several difficulties besides her problems arising due to her disability in her community roles. Thus, this study examined the problems experienced by the handicapped women related to her community roles as well as in her personal life, and some further suggestions are made to facilitate her life.
